Junior Purchase Executive

Location: Chunabhatti, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Purchase Executive to support day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination, quotation management, purchase orders, and transportation follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and compare quotations from vendors.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate and follow up on transportation and dispatches.
- Track purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Maintain vendor and purchase-related records.




- Assist the Purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in quotation handling, PO preparation, vendor coordination, and transportation follow-up.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an added advantage.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Work Location:- Chunabhatti, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
