- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Manage production teams, operators, and supervisors.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
- Monitor production processes and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper availability of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.
- Monitor product quality and reduce production defects and wastage.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and maintenance requirements.
- Control production costs and minimize material wastage.
- Train and guide production staff.
- Report production performance and issues to management.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi
