Job Summary
The person will be responsible for processing year end accounts finalization in UK process (United Kingdom) Or Bookkeeping. By role Senior Process Associate or Process Associate. Knowledge of Sage, Iris, Xero and QBO is must. Should be Excellent at bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny and preparing reconciliations of VAT,CIS,PAYE etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing the entire process right from receving to delivery w.r.t review bookkeeping, management accounts and year end accounts jobs to ensure best quality of jobs with available documents, dealing with and resolving the queries of various client's lead managers, training and creation of efficient processing mechanism for various aspects of financial statements (VAT, PAYE, CIS etc..) within budgeted hours, ensure client satisfaction.

2 Ensure compliance to the processes agreed and set quality benchmarks and checklist.

3 Review performance of team members and actions for improvement.

4 Provide training/ coaching and training to team members and training material.

5 Create plateform for entry level person on jobs processing and career growth related policies. Successsion and promotion planning.

6 Attend to client queries and resolve them in a timely manner. Keep management updated.





7 Ensure team following the prescribed quality guidelines / process compliances. Ensure timelines are met and job activities are completed within budgeted time

8 Guide the team on daily queries/processes wherever required.

9 Assisting the management to get more work and setting up with pilot and recent clients.

10. Bookkeeping in Software such as Xero, Quickbooks, as per invoices, payroll records received. (Bookkeeping). Preparing management accounts and working papers.

11. Year end accounts preparation after ledger scrutiny, preparing VAT/CIS reconciliations, PAYE, Prepaid, Loan repayment schedule and Accruals. Posting in Iris.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in all IRIS, Xero, Quick Books, Sage & CT-600 software packages is mandatory Should be highly proficient in ledger scrutiny and preparing reconciliations of VAT, CIS, PAYE, etc. Graduate from Commerce stream B.Com, MBA (Finance), CMA, CA Inter, CA, etc.
