Mahindra University’s School of Design Innovation (SoDI) is inviting applications from experienced academicians and industry professionals for faculty positions. We are looking for ideal candidates who are eager to create a paradigm shift in design pedagogy, facilitate energetic career paths for students, and prepare them for the ever-evolving technological landscape in the following specializations:

- Industrial Design

- Communication Design

- Interaction Design

- Apparel Design

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting advanced research in Design Innovation.
- Teaching and mentoring students in B Des, M Des, and Ph.D. programs.
- Developing and delivering innovative curricula and courses.
- Collaborating with industry partners and partnering with faculty of all disciplines in the University.




- Publishing research findings in reputed journals and conferences.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D.holders are highly encouraged to apply.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design from reputed institutions is a must.

- Candidates without a PhD but with 4+ years of practice/industrial experience are also welcome to apply.

- Non-PhD faculty will have the opportunity to enroll in a part-time PhD program at SoDI, Mahindra University, Hyderabad.
