Wedding Decor – Event Handler
Full Time | Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Wedding Event Handler who can manage pre-event planning and in office execution seamlessly.
Role Overview:
- Handle pre-event procurement of materials and requirements
- Coordinate with designers for design understanding and execution flow
- Manage and supervise site supervisors and on-ground teams
- Ensure smooth on-site setup, timelines, and quality control
- Take ownership of end-to-end wedding event execution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the wedding/event industry is required
- Experience specifically in wedding event handling and execution is preferred
- Good English communication skills are required
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of materials and production is a plus
- Must be willing to work on-site and during event hours
