Role Overview Backend and Integration Engineer responsible for enterprise system integrations, source adapters, event processing, and operational support through hypercare.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop source adapters and integration services.
- Integrate ServiceNow, AWS Health, CMDB, and System Events.
- Build APIs and event-driven processing solutions.
- Implement data transformation and mapping logic.
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues.
- Create technical documentation and runbooks.
- Support production deployments and hypercare.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability.
