We are seeking an experienced Billing & Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer to oversee the complete commercial cycle of our civil construction projects. You will be responsible for accurate quantity estimations, joint site measurements, rate analysis, preparing client and contractor RA bills, and managing material reconciliation and variations.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Quantity Takeoff & Cost Estimation

- ​Extract accurate quantities from Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, structural details, and architectural models.
- ​Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tender preparation, budgeting, and value engineering.
- ​Prepare, verify, and finalize Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural reinforcement.

​2. Billing & Invoicing

- ​Client Billing: Prepare, submit, and certify Running Account (RA) bills and Final Bills in alignment with milestone deliverables and contract clauses.
- ​Subcontractor Billing: Review, verify, and process subcontractor and vendor invoices based on certified site measurements.
- ​Extra Item Claims: Perform rate analysis for extra, non-BOQ,



or deviated work items executed at the site and negotiate claims with client consultants/PMC.

​3. Site Measurement & Reconciliation

- ​Conduct joint measurements with site execution teams, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and client representatives.
- ​Perform periodic Material Reconciliation (steel, cement, concrete, bricks) to compare standard intake vs. actual field consumption and track wastage percentages.
- ​Maintain official documentation including Measurement Books (MB), Hindrance Registers, and site instruction logs.

​4. Cost Control & Commercial Reporting

- ​Prepare monthly Cash Flow forecasts, Budget vs. Actual cost variance reports, and Earned Value Analysis.
- ​Coordinate with procurement and site management to keep material procurement within approved financial limits.
- ​Process debit notes for work re-execution, site safety non-compliance, or material over-consumption.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
