INSIDE Design India Pvt Ltd is one of the leading turnkey interior company for home & office with the state of the art mechanised factory with 50,000 sq. ft at Kochuveli Industrial Estate, Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in accounting and be comfortable handling company accounts, billing, payments, vendor accounts, GST/TDS-related work, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, bills, receipts and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain vendor and client accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle petty cash and daily expense records.
- Maintain project-wise expenses and accounting records.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and MIS as required.
- Handle GST, TDS and other accounting compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with the company's CA, auditors, banks and other financial consultants.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Assist management with financial reports, expense tracking and cost control.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company financial information.





Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Relevant experience as an Accountant is required.
- Experience in an interior design, construction, architecture, real estate or project-based company will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience handling accounts in an interior design or construction-related company are preferred.
