· Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.

· Regularly visit construction sites to connect with key decision-makers such as builders, developers, architects, and consultants.

· Present and promote elevator and escalator products effectively, emphasizing technical features and value propositions.

· Analyze customer requirements and provide customized solutions aligned with their project needs.

· Prepare and deliver competitive commercial proposals and negotiate final terms to close contracts.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to formulate strategic sales plans.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and regular MIS reports to management.

· Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the elevator, escalator, or construction equipment industry.

· Demonstrated ability to handle high-value B2B sales with extended sales cycles.





· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Good understanding of construction project life cycles and decision-making hierarchies.

· Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM platforms.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

· Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, project, and service departments to ensure seamless project execution.

· Mentor and guide junior sales team members as required.
