Sukruthi Innovations is looking for an experienced Technical Manager – Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to lead our engineering and technical operations for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead engineering and technical activities for Solar PV & BESS projects

✔ Review and approve Solar PV system designs, SLDs, electrical layouts, and engineering documents

✔ Support Business Development with technical proposals, solution architecture, and client presentations

✔ Drive technical evaluation of vendors, equipment, and procurement activities

✔ Provide engineering support during project execution, commissioning, and handover

✔ Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, CEA, CEIG, DISCOM, and applicable industry standards

✔ Mentor design and engineering teams while driving innovation and continuous improvement

Mandatory Skills

· Strong experience in Solar EPC projects

· Hands-on experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

· Solar PV Design & Engineering

· Utility-scale & C&I; Solar Projects





· Techno-commercial Proposal Preparation
