Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and skilled Barista / Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and cocktails/mocktails while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesBarista Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, tea, cold beverages, and specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, ingredients, and disposables.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and hygienic.

Bartender Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and recommended pairings.
- Ensure responsible service and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain proper stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Handle bar opening, closing, cleaning, and setup procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of glassware, bar tools, equipment, and workstations.

Guest Service

- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service.
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Understand guest preferences and make suitable recommendations.




- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Operational Responsibilities

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Assist with receiving and storing beverage supplies.
- Maintain accurate billing and cash/card handling where required.
- Support the wider restaurant/café team during busy periods.
- Follow company SOPs and grooming standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, Mixologist, or in a similar F&B; role preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and/or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal hygiene and professional grooming.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of inventory, portion control, and beverage costing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
