Job Overview:
ADS Foundation is looking for a skilled and passionate Solar Trainer to conduct practical and theory-based training for students in technical and solar-related courses.

Courses:

- CNC Programmer
- Solar PV Module Manufacturing Technician
- Solar Panel Installation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the course curriculum.
- Provide hands-on training in solar PV module manufacturing and solar panel installation.
- Train students in basic CNC programming and related technical concepts.
- Demonstrate tools, equipment, safety procedures, and industry practices.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Maintain training records and provide regular feedback to students.
- Ensure a safe, disciplined, and effective learning environment.





Required Qualifications & Skills:

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Relevant industry or training experience in solar, electrical, manufacturing, or CNC.
- Good practical knowledge of solar PV systems and installation.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to conduct hands-on practical sessions.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with solid practical knowledge may also apply).
