- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, social media and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, specifications, pricing and payment plans to customers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location and purchase intent.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales / Closing Team for further conversion of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, site visits and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all active and pending leads.
- Share project brochures, presentations, price details and other relevant information with customers.




- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and site-visit schedules.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and update their feedback and interest level.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, follow-ups and site visits.
- Maintain skilled communication and a positive relationship with prospective customers.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager / Management regarding lead status and follow-ups.
- Ensure that no genuine enquiry remains unattended or without timely follow-up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
