About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to speak with potential clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the relevant team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to clients and understand their requirements.
- Ask about location, budget, property type, size, and preferences.
- Record client requirements accurately.
- Identify whether the requirement is residential or commercial.
- Share suitable requirements with the concerned team.
- Follow up with clients when required.
- Update lead and call details in the system.




- Coordinate with the sales team for further action.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer support, or real estate is an advantage.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable making client calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
