About The Connect Klub:
The Connect Klub is a growing community for the F&B; industry, bringing together restaurant founders, café owners, cloud kitchen operators, consultants, agencies, and industry partners through networking events, workshops, and curated communities across cities.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Community Outreach Executive who can connect with incoming leads, explain our community and events, onboard relevant members, and help grow our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call leads generated through ads, forms, website & social media
- Explain The Connect Klub community, meetups & membership offerings
- Understand the lead’s profile and business background
- Add relevant members to the correct WhatsApp/community groups
- Coordinate with interested attendees for events & registrations
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records properly
- Build positive relationships with founders and industry professionals

Requirements:

- Good communication and conversational skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable speaking with founders,



business owners & professionals
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp, Google Sheets & lead management
- Self-motivated and disciplined for work from home
- Prior telecalling/customer support/sales experience is preferred

Working Details:

- Work From Home

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience)
