What Youll Be Doing

- Management Accounting: Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including Cost of Sales and Profit & Loss reporting, providing insights that support forecasting and business performance.
- Financial Reporting: Monitor financial results, investigate variances, and deliver accurate financial reporting to support informed management decisions.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
- Accounts Payable Management: Manage supplier payment processes, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are completed within agreed timelines.
- Audit Support: Prepare financial information and supporting documentation for internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Tax & Statutory Compliance: Assist with tax compliance activities and support statutory reporting requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, Commercial, and other internal teams to provide financial support and maintain efficient business processes.
- Management Information: Deliver financial reports, analysis, and ad hoc reporting to support business planning and operational requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase operational efficiency.
- Month-End Activities: Support month-end close processes and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

What Were Looking For

- Finance Experience: 4-5 years of accounting and finance experience, ideally gained within a multinational, professional services, or corporate environment.
- Professional Qualification: CA (Final/Inter) or MBA in Finance with a strong academic background.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Compliance Expertise: Experience supporting audit requirements, tax compliance activities, and statutory reporting obligations.
- ERP Systems Knowledge: Experience working with finance systems such as SAP, Navision,



or similar ERP platforms.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Highly accurate with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience investigating variances and implementing practical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Self-Management: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborative approach with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
