We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, generate leads, and support the sales/customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Explain products/services and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain customer records and call details.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and/or local language will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
