JOY AI is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional in India who wants to sell internationally, work directly with US businesses, and earn uncapped commission based on performance.
This is a high-paying sales opportunity for experienced professionals — NOT an entry-level, fresher, or junior sales position.
We are specifically looking for someone with a proven history of prospecting, cold calling, running demos, handling objections, following up, and closing B2B deals.

About the Founder
JOY AI is founded and owned by Donny Minchillo, who also owns Joy of Cleaning, a $2M+ US-based service business with 900+ Google reviews.
This isn't a startup being built by someone who has never run a business. You'll be working directly with a founder who has built and operated a successful US service business and is now building technology to help other service businesses grow.

3 NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
1. FLUENT ENGLISH — REQUIRED
You must have fluent, professional, near-native English and be completely comfortable speaking with US-based business owners over the phone.
2. PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE — REQUIRED
You must have direct B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
We are looking for experienced sales professionals — NOT freshers or people just starting their sales career.
3. US EASTERN TIME — REQUIRED
You must be available to work US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
For candidates in India, this generally means working evening/night hours in India, depending on the US daylight-saving period.

What You'll Do
You will help us build our outbound sales operation from the ground up.




We already have leads and prospects for you to work with. Your primary focus will be turning those opportunities into conversations, demos, and paying customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Reach out to qualified leads provided by JOY AI through cold calling, email, and other outreach channels
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales process
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Proactively find and generate additional qualified leads through outbound prospecting — the more qualified opportunities and customers you generate, the more you can earn through our uncapped commission structure
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
- Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and opportunities in our CRM
- Build relationships with business owners, influencers, YouTubers, podcasters, and industry organizations
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the founding team
- Test and improve sales messaging and outbound strategies

This is an early-stage startup, so we're looking for someone who can take ownership, move quickly, test new approaches, solve problems, and work independently without constant supervision.

Who We're Looking For
Required

- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
- Direct B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven cold calling and closing experience
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead-generation experience
- Fluent, professional, near-native English
- Confident speaking with US business owners
- Experience running discovery calls and product demos
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Available to work US Eastern Time (ET) business hours
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Strong communication, persistence, and ownership

Bonus Experience
Experience selling to:

- Small businesses
- Home-service businesses
- Cleaning companies
- HVAC companies




- Plumbing companies
- Landscaping companies

Experience with Jobber, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, other CRMs, sales automation, or AI software is a plus.

Compensation
Base Salary: $1,000/month (₹94,000/month)
UNCAPPED COMMISSION
You will earn uncapped commission on new recurring revenue.
Potential Year 1 Earnings: $30,000–$42,000+
That's approximately:
₹28.2 LAKH–₹39.48 LAKH+ PER YEAR
through commissions, accelerators, and milestone bonuses tied to sales performance and company growth.
