Responsible for monitoring critical IT infrastructure, handling alerts, coordinating incident resolution, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Job Description : ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management\\r\\n\\r\\n· Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, Dynatrace, Zabbix\\r\\n\\r\\n· Basic Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud (Azure/AWS) knowledge\\r\\n\\r\\n· Strong communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, servers, networks, and cloud environments using monitoring tools. · Perform real-time event and alert monitoring and take appropriate actions based on defined procedures. · Identify, classify, and prioritize incidents according to impact and urgency. · Create, track, and manage tickets through the ITSM tool. · Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and vendors for incident resolution.



· Escalate critical incidents as per the escalation matrix. · Ensure timely communication to stakeholders during service disruptions. · Track SLA compliance and ensure incident resolution within agreed timelines. · Prepare daily operational reports, incident summaries, and shift handover reports. · Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) bridge calls. · Perform health checks and validate service availability. · Support problem management by identifying recurring incidents and trends. · Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : Required Skills · ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management · Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, Dynatrace, Zabbix · Basic Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud (Azure/AWS) knowledge · Strong communication and analytical skills · Understanding of ITIL processes Qualifications · Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field · 3-5 years of relevant experience · ITIL Foundation certification preferred
