About the Role:

Vinod K Agarwal & Co. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Chartered Accountant to join on a one-month assignment basis. The role requires an individual who can independently take ownership of audit activities, manage a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all assignment deliverables.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical exposure to audits, accounting, financial review, compliance, team leadership, and SAP, with the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced onsite environment. Experience of working with an MNC or within the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the team responsible for audit and finance-related activities.
- Take end-to-end ownership of audit assignments, from planning and documentation to completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor audit activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify financial discrepancies, control gaps, and audit observations and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Handle internal and external audit requirements and coordinate with auditors and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure proper maintenance and review of audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Review accounting entries and financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Work with relevant teams to resolve audit queries and close pending observations within timelines.
- Prepare, review, and present audit findings, financial reports, and management reports wherever required.




- Monitor team performance, allocate responsibilities, and ensure effective execution of assigned work.
- Provide guidance and technical support to team members on accounting and audit matters.
- Effectively manage priorities and deliverables within the one-month assignment basis
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates regarding project progress and critical issues.

Required Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified CA is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong practical experience in audit and financial accounting.
- Prior experience in team handling / team leadership.
- Good working knowledge of SAP and ability to work with ERP-based financial data.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, and financial controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Willingness to work full time onsite at Ballabgarh.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for a hands-on and result-oriented CA who can immediately take charge of audit-related responsibilities and lead the assigned team with minimal supervision. Since this is a time-bound one-month assignment basis, the candidate must be capable of quickly understanding the existing financial/audit processes, identifying key issues, and driving the work towards timely closure.

Immediate availability / ability to join at short notice will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
