Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Head Bartender/Mixologist to craft exceptional beverage experiences. The ideal candidate should bring innovation, strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to lead bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create innovative cocktails and beverage menus
- Manage bar operations, inventory, and cost control
- Train bar staff and ensure service excellence
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Engage with guests and enhance their experience
- Stay updated with latest mixology trends

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant certification
- 3–6 years of experience in bartending/mixology
- Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Karjat
