We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns from setup to optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager for lead generation, sales and conversions.
- Create and manage Campaign, Ad Set and Ad-level structures.
- Manage audiences, custom audiences, lookalikes and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Test different creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements and campaign strategies.
- Manage daily/monthly ad budgets and scale campaigns based on performance.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Events Manager and conversion tracking.
- Identify issues such as high CPL, poor lead quality, low CTR or low conversions and take corrective action.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide clear optimisation recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Content, Design, Development and Client Success teams for creatives, landing pages and tracking.




- Manage multiple client campaigns and maintain proper campaign records.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager and retargeting.
- Experience running lead generation/conversion campaigns, not just boosting posts.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics and performance optimisation.
- Experience with A/B testing and creative testing.
- Basic knowledge of GA4 and UTM tracking preferred.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Agency/client-account experience is preferred.

Significant: This is a performance-focused, hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can manage and optimise Meta campaigns independently, analyse results and take decisions based on performance data.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
