Strong experience with: Business Units Email Templates Landing Pages Forms & Form Templates Automation Rules Completion Actions Segmentation Rules Dynamic Lists Engagement Programs Good understanding of Salesforce–Account Engagement synchronization and integration. Experience in prospect segmentation and data management. Strong testing and troubleshooting skills. Valuable requirements analysis and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to create technical/process documentation.
