Job Summary

SMASH – Sysmantech Media, Advertising & Social Hub is a newly launched digital marketing division focused on delivering practical, result-oriented marketing solutions for businesses.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute and manage digital marketing strategies, lead-generation campaigns and performance marketing activities for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization and digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop effective lead-generation strategies based on client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CPL, ROI and other key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing plans and campaign strategies.
- Manage and coordinate multiple client accounts.
- Guide social media, content and creative teams based on campaign requirements.
- Conduct client strategy meetings and understand business objectives.
- Analyse competitors, target audiences and market trends.
- Identify new opportunities for improving campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos and promotional content.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports for clients and management.
- Track budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google Ads and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads.




- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing reporting.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client-management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work with creative and social media teams.

Preferred Skills

- Proven experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
- Experience working with multiple industries or client accounts.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and funnel optimization.
- Experience in developing complete marketing funnels.
- Experience in agency or performance-marketing environments.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate proven campaign results and measurable performance improvements.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Plus performance-based incentives.
