Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Deputy Manager – HVAC to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate should have 10–20 years of hands-on experience in HVAC projects, with robust knowledge of project execution, site management, installation, commissioning, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute HVAC projects from start to completion.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Review HVAC drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, and site activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
- Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and project teams.




- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved designs and project specifications.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable HVAC/project requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely resolution of project-related concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 10–20 years of relevant experience in HVAC projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.
- Good understanding of HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong project management and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage HVAC project activities and site teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
