Digital Marketing & Inside Sales IT Intern

Kizhakeyil Technologies LLP is a technology startup based in Trivandrum focused on building web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and digital solutions for businesses.

ChooseMyStay is our stay discovery and booking platform focused on homestays, villas, apartments, private pool villas, and family/group stays.

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Inside Sales IT Intern who can work across digital marketing, lead generation, property-owner communication, and host onboarding.

This is a hybrid role suitable for candidates who are interested in digital marketing, sales, technology, startups, tourism, and business development.

Primary Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

- Design posters, promotional graphics, and social media creatives
- Assist with creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Edit short promotional videos and reels
- Create social media posts and promotional content
- Conduct basic competitor and market research
- Assist with basic SEO and digital marketing activities

Inside Sales & Host Onboarding:

- Research and identify homestays, villas, apartments, private stays, and other suitable properties
- Contact property owners/managers through phone, WhatsApp, and other available channels
- Explain ChooseMyStay and the benefits of listing their property on the platform
- Follow up with interested property owners
- Collect basic property information, photos/videos, pricing, capacity, rules, and location details
- Assist property owners through the host onboarding process
- Coordinate with the internal team to verify property information and complete the listing
- Maintain lead status, follow-ups,



and onboarding progress in the company's tracking sheet/CRM

Training will be provided for the platform and onboarding process.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confidence to speak with property owners/managers over phone
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools
- Basic video editing skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Positive to Have

- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
- Interest in sales, business development, tourism, hospitality, or startups
- Knowledge of Trivandrum and nearby areas
- Previous experience in calling, sales, content creation, or social media
- Portfolio of designs, videos, or social media work

Internship Details

- Location: Trivandrum (On-site)
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Number of Vacancies: 2

Compensation

- Fixed Stipend: ₹3,000 per month
- Host Onboarding Incentive: ₹500 for each approved and successfully onboarded property

The host onboarding incentive is paid in addition to the fixed monthly stipend.

An internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion.

Candidates who perform well may be considered for a long-term position with expanded responsibilities and compensation based on performance, attitude, and company requirements.
