We are looking for a motivated, confident, and responsible Telecaller & Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with clients, generating and maintaining leads, coordinating with the internal team, updating records, and managing day-to-day back-office activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and maintaining proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and other office-related activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,330.08 per month
