DRIVER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Driver

Department: Administration / Operations

Reporting To: Admin Manager / Transport Incharge

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive company vehicles as assigned.
- Transport employees, guests, materials, and documents to designated locations.
- Follow all traffic rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewal, pollution certificate, and other vehicle-related documentation.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip details accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and company assets during travel.
- Be available for official duties, emergencies, and outstation travel as instructed by management.
- Report accidents, damages, or traffic violations immediately to the concerned authority.
- Maintain professional behavior, discipline,



and confidentiality while representing the company.

Required Qualifications

- Valid LMV/HMV Driving License as applicable.
- Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience.
- Valuable knowledge of local routes, highways, and traffic regulations.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
