- Managing day-to-day production and achieving production targets
- Production planning and manpower allocation
- Shop-floor supervision and team management
- Monitoring production output, wastage, rejection and machine downtime
- Ensuring quality standards and production processes are followed
- Coordination with Stores, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch teams
- Maintaining daily production and operational records
- Monitoring machine operation and maintenance
- Managing raw material and packaging material requirements
- Ensuring proper segregation of finished goods, rejected material and WIP
- Reducing wastage and production losses
- Ensuring safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting
