Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Officer

Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:

* Onboard New Leads/Customers And Educate Them About The Product/Service.

* Analyzing Of Customer and Registering In The App.

* Follow-Up With Customers To Maintain Relationships And Encourage Repeat Business And Referrals.

* Will Have To Work With Senior Officials To Know The Targets And Follow Up With The Team Members.

* Foster robust relationships with customers to secure consistent loads.

* Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.

* Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members.

* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

*JOB ROLE*

For the Customer Support & Sales Officer role, the work involves onboarding new customers, maintaining customer relationships, following up with clients, and supporting sales activities. This role is incentive-based, with ₹10,000 for the first customer onboarded and ₹3,000 for every additional customer onboarded.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
