About the Role

Medileaf is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, manage the field sales team, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage, guide, and motivate Medical Representatives to improve field performance.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies and action plans.
- Conduct regular joint field work with team members and provide coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product movement, and business opportunities.




- Ensure effective product promotion and implementation of company marketing strategies.
- Review daily field activity, doctor calls, orders, collections, and sales performance.
- Ensure proper distribution and availability of products across the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates to management.
- Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of sales team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and reporting procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm / B.Sc. / MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an advantage.
- 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sales.
- Prior experience handling a field sales team is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
