Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled TML Technician to handle machine operation, maintenance, and repair activities at our Ludhiana site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of TML machines, conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols while supporting production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular machine operation checks and report abnormalities.
- Keep necessary spares ready for operation and maintenance.
- Manufacture jigs and fixtures to simplify tool changes.
- Maintain PM logbook and spares records; report issues to supervisors and management.
- Install, maintain,



and repair hydraulic systems.
- Read blueprints and diagnose technical problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance of hydraulic systems.
- Carry out welding, metal fabrication, pipe fitting, threading, and electrical assembly tasks.
- Handle engine maintenance, heavy tyre fittings, and crawler maintenance.
- Review drawings, suggest improvements, and support part inspection/testing.
- Re-assemble machines and equipment after maintenance.
- Take measurements using dials/meters and analyze part performance.
- Maintain shop upkeep and ensure compliance with company/state safety regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
