About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented experienced professional to join our Purchase department. This is a great opportunity to grow in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities and vendor coordination
- Prepare purchase orders (PO), follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, and vendor database in ERP / Excel
- Coordinate with Store, Production, and Accounts departments for material requirements
- Assist in vendor development and price negotiation
- Prepare daily purchase reports and MIS
Skills Required:
- Valuable negotiation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP
- Willing to learn and good at documentation
- Energetic, honest and responsible attitude
