Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. Manage visitor entries and issue visitor passes when required. Receive and distribute courier, mail, and documents. Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Maintain visitor, call, and other front-office records. Handle basic email correspondence and administrative tasks. Coordinate with different departments for visitor and meeting requirements. Assist with office supplies and general administrative activities. Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience as a receptionist or front-office executive is preferred. Valuable verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer operations. Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
