We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE to join our team in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, promoting suitable loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Calling: Make outbound calls to customers and promote suitable loan products.
- Lead & Sales Management: Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Customer Relationship: Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and processes.
- Application Support: Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update customer interaction details.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with loan officers and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹11,598.25 - ₹25,000.00 per month
