We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales team and manage day-to-day sales operations of our footwear retail store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, improving customer experience, and driving store revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail sales team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of store sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Guide the team in product presentation, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory/store team.
- Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of footwear
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
