Job Summary

The F&B; Executive will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the F&B; management team in achieving departmental goals. The candidate should have strong knowledge of hotel F&B; operations, guest handling, team supervision, and service standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the assigned F&B; outlet/restaurant.
- Ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage service as per hotel standards.
- Welcome guests, understand their requirements, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Brief and supervise F&B; staff before every shift.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, service sequence, and cleanliness of the outlet.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Stores, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other operational items.
- Assist in monitoring daily sales, cash handling, billing, and outlet closing procedures.
- Support the F&B; Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store/Kitchen team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
- Conduct regular checks of the outlet to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
- Assist in training and developing F&B; team members.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports as required.
- Assist in planning and executing banquets,



events, promotions, and special functions.
- Ensure proper coordination during VIP visits, group bookings, and special guest requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues at all times.
- Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and departmental standards are followed.
- Support the F&B; Manager in achieving guest satisfaction, revenue, and departmental objectives.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a reputed hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
