We are looking for an experienced Furniture Export Merchandiser to manage international orders from product development and sampling to production, quality control, and final shipment. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of furniture manufacturing, export processes, and international client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with international buyers and clients regarding orders, specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Handle product development, sampling, costing, quotations, and order execution.
- Coordinate with production, design, sourcing, QC, and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, order sheets, purchase orders, and other export documentation.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Follow up on quality standards, packaging, labeling, and buyer requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve quality or production-related issues.
- Manage shipment planning and coordinate with logistics and freight partners.




- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and keep clients updated.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in furniture export merchandising.
- Good knowledge of furniture materials, construction, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of export documentation, shipping, and international trade procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience working with wooden, metal, upholstered, or handcrafted furniture and international markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, or Middle East.

Pay: ₹13,282.85 - ₹48,837.23 per month
