- Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities and employee coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist in generating employee codes and maintaining employee master data.
- Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for HR-related requirements.
- Support in preparation and maintenance of HR trackers and MIS.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Assist in monitoring daily attendance and biometric records.
- Support in updating and maintaining leave records in HRMS.
- Coordinate with employees/managers regarding attendance discrepancies, regularization, and Leave Without Pay (LOP).
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly attendance and leave reports.
3. HRMS & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining employee data in the HRMS.
- Support in updating employee information and documentation.
- Assist with preparation of HR letters, certificates, and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
4. Recruitment Support
- Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and coordinate initial candidate communication.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, and joining.
- Support the recruitment team in maintaining updated vacancy trackers.
5. Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support in coordinating employee meetings, training programs, and HR activities.
- Assist in collecting employee feedback and maintaining relevant records.
- Coordinate with different departments/centres for routine HR requirements.
6. HR Compliance & Other Activities
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance-related records and documentation.
- Support the HR team during internal/external audits whenever required.
- Assist with employee exit formalities and documentation.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and HR Operations.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with employees and multiple departments.
Preferred Candidate
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- Freshers with strong interest in HR Operations are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship/project experience in HR will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
