Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Timing: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM

Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Recovery/Collections

Role: Head Office / Backend

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer outstanding payments and recovery through calls, WhatsApp and email.

- Follow up on overdue instalments and PTPs and achieve collection targets.

- Manage ageing/outstanding accounts and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate with Accounts, CRM, Sales and Legal teams.

- Prepare regular collection/MIS reports, demand letters ,and escalate long-pending cases.

Requirements:

- 3+ years’ experience in Real Estate Recovery/Collections.

- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented with positive customer-handling ability.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP.

- Real-estate/builder experience preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
