Timing – 10:30 Am – 7:30 Pm, Monday to Saturday

We are looking for smart, hands-on, ownership-driven people who are excited to grow with a business that is scaling fast.

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen market presence. The role involves developing current business opportunities, managing existing clients, conducting product demonstrations, tracking market trends, and ensuring timely collections while achieving individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by onboarding retailers, salons, and distributors, and achieving assigned sales targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and effective communication.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, and ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding at outlets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth and sales planning.
- Prepare sales reports, coordinate with internal teams, and manage payment collections, credit control, and outstanding follow-ups.

Requirements & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; background in Sales or Marketing preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development or field sales (FMCG, Beauty, Pharma, or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
