Qualification
MBA

Experience

- 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably including significant experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, home furnishings, home décor, textiles, furniture, consumer products, retail,



sourcing or export-oriented businesses preferred.
- Experience working directly with a CEO / MD and senior leadership team.
- Demonstrated experience managing both corporate HR and manufacturing / workforce environments.
- Experience in Social and Ethical Compliance and ESG for a B2B business.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
