Responsibilities

· Coordinate shift-wise production activities as per the approved production plan and schedule.

· Allocate manpower across production activities and ensure optimum utilization of available resources.

· Monitor manufacturing, filling, packing, and other assigned production operations.

· Ensure availability of required raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and other production resources.

· Monitor production output, downtime, wastage, rejections, and process-related issues.

· Ensure compliance with approved SOPs, GMP guidelines, batch documents, and safety practices.

· Ensure proper completion of production-related records, checklists, batch records, and shift reports.

· Identify operational issues during the shift and coordinate timely corrective actions with the concerned departments.

· Monitor production progress against planned targets and highlight deviations or delays to the reporting authority.





· Conduct effective shift handovers by communicating production status, pending activities, breakdowns, quality issues, and other critical information.

Qualification

· Bacholer's or master's degree in cosmetics, pharma, or any relevant field.

· 2 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations.

· Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, FMCG, personal care, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.

· Prior experience in shift coordination, production supervision, or floor operations is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
