We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team at SeekhoBecho.com. The ideal candidate should have strong HR Generalist knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR reports
- Handle PF, ESIC, POSH compliance, and labour law-related activities
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations
- Manage exit formalities and Full & Final settlements
- Submit daily EOD reports to management

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist profile
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and HR operations




- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English
- Professional personality with strong decision-making ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good leadership and coordination skills
