Business Development Partner – IT Services

Commission-Based Opportunity | 10%–15% Revenue Commission | No Fixed Salary

Siddix Technologies is looking for motivated Business Development Partners to help us acquire current business clients for our technology services.

This is an independent, performance-based sales opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. Partners earn attractive commissions based on the business they successfully bring to Siddix Technologies.

Earning Opportunity

- Earn 10%–15% commission on eligible net revenue collected from your clients
- Higher performance unlocks higher commission rates
- Uncapped earning potential
- Commission is linked to actual client payments received by Siddix Technologies

Indicative Commission Structure

- Up to ₹99,999 monthly collected revenue — 10% commission
- ₹1,00,000–₹2,99,999 monthly collected revenue — 12% commission
- ₹3,00,000+ monthly collected revenue — 15% commission

Example: If you generate ₹3,00,000 in eligible collected client revenue during a month and qualify for the 15% tier, your commission can be ₹45,000.

What You Will Do

- Identify potential businesses that need digital or software solutions
- Visit local businesses and meet owners/decision-makers
- Understand their business requirements and challenges
- Introduce relevant Siddix Technologies services
- Generate genuine and qualified business opportunities
- Arrange meetings with the Siddix team when technical consultation is required
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Help move opportunities from initial discussion to successful client conversion

- Good Telugu communication is required
- Basic English communication is preferred

- Comfortable with local field visits and client meetings
- Two-wheeler is compulsory
- Smartphone is compulsory
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based role

Important Compensation Information

This opportunity does not include a fixed monthly salary or guaranteed monthly income. Earnings are based on successful client acquisition and eligible revenue actually collected by Siddix Technologies.





Commission is calculated on eligible net collected revenue, excluding applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and eligible third-party/pass-through costs.
