Our brand is known for its wide range of traditional sweets, savouries, snacks, and casual dining offerings, and we are looking for team members who can help us deliver a warm and memorable guest experience.

Steward / F&B; Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper service standards.
- Ensure tables, service areas, and dining spaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide recommendations when required.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.




- Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain professional service standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in restaurants, QSRs, cafés, hotels, or casual dining.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality and a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
