Position Title: Sales Team Leader – Payday Loans

Role Summary

The Sales Team Leader – Payday Loans is responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving a team of loan sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly disbursement and revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic sales qualified with strong leadership abilities, in-depth knowledge of short-term lending and digital loan disbursement processes, and a data-driven approach to pipeline management, conversions, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, train, and motivate a team of outbound/inbound sales executives to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pipeline & Lead Management: Oversee lead distribution, monitor application conversion rates through the sales funnel, and implement strategies to minimize drop-offs at every stage of the loan application process.





Process & Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to company lending guidelines, KYC compliance, anti-fraud policies, and fair collection/sales practices set by regulatory authorities.

Coaching & Call Auditing: Conduct regular call monitoring, quality audits, and floor coaching to refine sales pitch execution, objection handling, and product explanation.

Target Management & Reporting: Track team performance against key metrics (disbursement volume, cross-sell, approval rates, average ticket size) and present weekly/monthly reports to senior management.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Credit, Underwriting, and Verification teams to resolve pending approvals and ensure fast turnaround times (TAT) for loan disbursal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
