We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage the purchase of factory consumables, MRO items and non-production materials. This role will ensure timely availability of materials, cost efficiency and effective vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchase of factory consumables, MRO, maintenance, safety, electrical, hardware and housekeeping items.
- Source and develop reliable vendors and negotiate price, quality and payment terms.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Release POs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Administration and factory departments.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
- Evaluate vendor performance and develop alternate suppliers.
- Maintain purchase records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost saving and better commercial terms.
Requirements
- Graduate with 5–10 years of relevant purchase experience.
- Experience in factory consumables / MRO / non-production purchase is preferred.
- Good negotiation, vendor management and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Note: This is not a Raw Material / Production Procurement role.

Pay: ₹560,000.00 - ₹620,000.00 per year
