Data Scientist / AI-ML Engineer / Gen AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist / AI-ML Engineer / Gen AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG architectures, NLP, LLM workflows, and production AI systems.

The role involves designing scalable AI solutions, building RAG pipelines and AI agents, developing APIs, evaluating AI models, and optimizing deployed AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI/ML systems.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines and AI agent frameworks.
- Develop reliable LLM workflows using structured outputs, validation, retrieval, and business rules.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain production AI applications.
- Perform model evaluation, data analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Develop automated evaluation, validation, and testing strategies for AI applications.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of AI pipelines and improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions with existing products and platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify AI use cases and deliver solutions.

Required Skills





- 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML application development.
- Solid proficiency in Python.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, modular design, debugging, and testing.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures.
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production AI applications.
- Understanding of AI system design, evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Good understanding of NLP concepts.
- Familiarity with API development and integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Good to Have

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to FinTech products, platforms, or use cases.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
