Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Welder to perform welding and fabrication activities for metal components and structures. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fitting, cutting, grinding, and finishing work as per drawings, measurements, quality standards, and production requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform ARC, MIG/CO₂ and other welding operations as required.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings, measurements, and welding instructions.
- Prepare metal components by cutting, grinding, cleaning, aligning, and fitting.
- Perform tack welding and final welding as per required specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment, strength, and finishing of welded components.
- Inspect welds for cracks, defects, porosity, or other quality issues and carry out corrections.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting machines, and other fabrication tools safely.
- Maintain welding machines, cables, tools, and equipment in proper working condition.




- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within the required time.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements while working.
- Coordinate with the production and fabrication team to complete jobs efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

- relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant welding/fabrication experience preferred.
- Experience in ARC / MIG / CO₂ welding will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualification may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to use welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication and fitting.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
